Shipped matching entitySlug and severity fields on hosted risk-alerts webhook subscriptions so beta-key users can save the same narrow scope.
Updated the developer docs, examples, and OpenAPI contract around the new filtered monitoring flow.

Added a hosted beta-key-authenticated webhook management endpoint so one beta key can create, inspect, and disable its own risk-alerts callback without CLI help.
Kept hosted writes compatible with the existing KV subscription, owner index, and secret records used by the CLI delivery flow.
